Its that time of the year again - 2009 is nearly over and we are in reflective mood.

We’ve survived the great Christmas eat-fest and have decided to clean up our food act in 2010 - out go the snacks, puddings, booze and sweets and in come our 5-a-day fruit and veggies and plenty of water regime.  Great!

But maybe something’s still missing….what about the rest of our life?  Is it how we want it to be - or maybe it could/should be better? What to we REALLY want it to be like?  And how do we start to plan it?
