A friend of mine has just started a great new website, with a brilliant idea - taking a juice fast one day per week. 

Wouldn’t we all benefit from giving our systems a rest at least for one day a week?  That wouldn’t be too terrible would it?

Think about it - nutritious, vitamin packed, lovely fruit and vegetable juices (maybe spiced up with a bit of ginger) - sounds mouth-watering even as I type this!!  Add in plenty of water throughout the day and lots of buddie support and this is a wonderful way of boosting your immune system, re-educating your taste buds and improving your bowel health.
